The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval at the levels of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, together with the conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents and the conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee, noting the updated Agreement between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Executive Committee, attached as Annex VIII to the present report;
- That, for projects related to renewal of institutional strengthening, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient governments contained in Annex IX to the present report.
