Following consultations in an informal group, the Executive Committee decided:
- To note the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for the Syrian Arab Republic submitted to the 68th meeting; and
- To encourage the resubmission of the HPMP at a future meeting when national conditions had improved, on the understanding that the resubmitted HPMP would acknowledge and maintain the agreements reached between the Fund Secretariat and the implementing agencies on eligibility within the HPMP.
