Decision 69/13

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. The information on tranche submission delays under multi-year agreements (MYAs) submitted to the Secretariat by the Government of Germany, UNDP, UNEP, UNIDO and the World Bank, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/69/14;
   2. That 14 out of 28 tranches of the MYAs due for submission had been submitted on time to the 69^th meeting, that all delayed tranches were either second or subsequent tranches of stage I of the respective HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP), and that the main reason for late submission was the failure to meet the required 20 per cent disbursement threshold for the previous tranche of stage I of the HPMP; and
2. To request the Secretariat to send letters to the Governments of Chile, Croatia, Cuba, Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Montenegro, Namibia, Panama, Seychelles and Viet Nam to urge them to address as soon as possible issues that prevented the submission of HPMP tranches as scheduled.
