Decision 70/12

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. The World Bank’s progress report contained in document NEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/70/15;
   2. That the World Bank would report to the 71^st meeting on a total of two projects with implementation delays, one of which had been classified as such in 2011;
2. To request the submission of additional status reports to the 71^st meeting to monitor:
   1. The balance of funds for the national CFC phase-out plan in the chiller sector in Argentina (ARG/PHA/47/INV/148);
   2. Closure of the methyl bromide (MB) demonstration project in Argentina (ARG/FUM/29/DEM/93);
   3. Completion of the HCFC foam demonstration project in China (CPR/FOA/59/DEM/491);
   4. The balance of funds for national CFC phase-out plan activities in Thailand (THA/PHA/60/INV/154);
   5. he progress of implementation and the rate of disbursement of approved funds for the HCFC phase-out management plans (HPMPs) for China and Viet Nam;
   6. he signature of the grant Agreement for the approved HPMP for Thailand (THA/PHA/68/INV/161 and THA/PHA/68/INV/162);
   7. he progress of implementation, the rate of disbursement of approved funds, as well as the signature of the grant Agreement for the HPMPs for Argentina,Indonesia and Jordan; and
   8. The low rates of disbursement of approved funds for the global chiller demonstration project (GLO/REF/47/DEM/268).
