Decision 71/30

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval at the levels of funding indicated in Annex IX to the present report, together with the conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents and the conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee, noting that the agreements between the following Governments and the Executive Committee had been updated based on the established HCFC baseline for compliance and/or revised funding levels:
   1. The Agreement between the Government of Cameroon and the Executive Committee contained in Annex X to the present report;
   2. The Agreement between the Government of Chile and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XI to the present report;
   3. The Agreement between the Government of the Gambia and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XII to the present report;
   4. The Agreement between the Government of Guinea-Bissau and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XIII to the present report;
   5. The Agreement* between the Government of Mongolia and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XIV to the present report;
   6. The Agreement** between the Government of Serbia and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XV to the present report;
   7. The Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XVI to the present report;
   8. The Agreement between the Government of Zimbabwe and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XVII to the present report; and
2. That for projects related to renewal of institutional strengthening, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient governments contained in Annex XVIII to the present report.
