Implementation delays and status reports | Project cancellation

The Executive Committee decided:

To note:
1. The status reports and compliance contained in documents UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/71/6 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/71/6/Corr.1;
2. That 80 of the 122 countries that had provided 2012 data had submitted their country programme (CP) implementation reports through the web-based system;
3. That the Secretariat and the implementing agencies would take established actions according to the Secretariat’s assessments and report on implementation delays, notifying governments and implementing agencies as required;
To request:
1. UNEP to report on the status of the establishment of Botswana’s and South Sudan’s licensing systems by the 72^nd meeting;
2. The Governments of Israel and Spain to provide their implementation delay reports to the 72^nd meeting;
3. The submission of additional status reports to the 72^nd meeting on the projects listed in Annex III to the present report, as well as the HCFC phase-out management plan development for Mauritania (MAU/PHA/55/PRP/20) under UNEP implementation;
4. The Secretariat to send letters of possible cancellation in respect of the following projects:
