Implementation delays and status reports

The Executive Committee decided:

  1. To note the report on the extension of the institutional strengthening (IS) project (phase III) in Haiti submitted as per decision 70/4(b)(iv); and
  2. To request the submission of an update to the 72nd meeting on the clearance of the technical and financial report and the signing of the new IS agreement for Haiti to enable the release of the balance of the funds.
