The Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to further consider the issue of how to formulate a stage II agreement for an HCFC phase-out management plan when there was an overlap with stage I, based on the views expressed by the Executive Committee, and to submit a recommendation to the 73rd meeting under the agenda item on Overview of issues identified during project review.
