Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to continue:

1. Assessing different modalities for the fund disbursement threshold for HCFC phase‑out management plan (HPMPs) and to inform the Executive Committee of the results of this analysis no later than the first meeting in 2015; and
2. Using the 20 per cent disbursement threshold as a requirement for the approval of tranches of HPMPs and, on an exceptional basis, to allow the bilateral and implementing agencies to submit information on disbursements related to tranches submitted to the 73^rd and 74^th meetings up to six weeks prior to these meetings.
