Decision 72/38

Following the informal consultations, the Executive Committee decided

1. To note the report on disbursement of funds for the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for China, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/72/38;
2. To request the Secretariat, in collaboration with the implementing agencies and the Treasurer:
   1. To consider the options on the timing of the disbursement of funds under stage II of the HPMP for China; and
   2. To provide a report on the matter to the 73^rd meeting of the Executive Committee.
