The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the final report on the demonstration project for conversion from HCFC-141b to iso-paraffin and siloxane (KC-6) technology at Zhejiang Kindly Medical Devices Co. Ltd in China, submitted by UNDP, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/73/17/Add.1; and
- To request bilateral and implementing agencies to consider the information contained in the final report mentioned in sub-paragraph (a) above when assisting Article 5 countries in preparing projects for the phase-out of HCFC-141b in medical cleaning applications in the solvent sector.
