Decision 73/9

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. With appreciation, the progress reports as at 31 December 2013 submitted by the Governments of Australia, Canada, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan and Spain contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/73/11, as well as the progress report for Switzerland that was submitted during the 73^rd meeting; and
   2. That Spain would report to the 74^th meeting on one project with implementation delays, as indicated in Annex IV to the present report, and Germany on two projects, Italy on one project and Spain on one project recommended for additional status reports, as indicated in Annex V to the present report.
