Decision 74/12

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note that the Secretariat and the implementing agencies would take established actions according to the Secretariat’s assessments and report on implementation delays, and would notify governments and implementing agencies as required;
2. To request:
   1. The submission of implementation delay reports and additional status reports to the 75^th meeting on the projects listed in Annex III to the present report as part of the 2014 annual and financial progress reports of bilateral and implementing agencies, taking into account the information requested in Table 3 of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/74/12;
   2. The Secretariat to send letters of possible cancellation for the following projects:
      1. Technical assistance for alternatives to methyl bromide in Iraq (IRQ/FUM/62/INV/13), being implemented by UNIDO; and
      2. Technical assistance for the elimination of controlled uses of methyl bromide in soil fumigation in Mozambique (MOZ/FUM/60/TAS/20), being implemented by UNIDO.
