Uncertainty on incremental operational costs in the foam sector
Following the report from the convenor of the informal group, the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to prepare a document for consideration at the 76th meeting on the calculation of the incremental capital costs and incremental operating costs for foam sector alternatives, providing transparency and consistency in comparing the quality of foam produced for different applications and transparency on the sources of information, taking into account prices in different regions and the size of enterprises.
