The Executive Committee decided to note:
- The report on the fully developed Multilateral Fund Climate Impact Indicator (MCII) (decision 73/65(b)) contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/75/78;
- With appreciation the response from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and the feedback on the tool from the World Bank in the context of its work with other multilateral development banks to harmonize greenhouse gas accounting across their investment portfolios and its work on energy subsidy reform; and
- That the Secretariat would continue to calculate the impact on the climate of investment projects in the refrigeration and air-conditioning manufacturing sectors using the MCII model, and would apply the methodologies described in paragraph 14 of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/73/54 for investment projects in all other manufacturing sectors.
