Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To note the desk study on the evaluation of HCFC phase-out projects in the refrigeration and air-conditioning (RAC) manufacturing sector, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/75/9, as a work in progress;
- To invite the bilateral and implementing agencies to take into account, when appropriate, the findings and recommendations of the desk study on the evaluation of HCFC phase-out projects in the RAC manufacturing sector in the design and implementation of projects in that sector; and
- To request the Secretariat, in cooperation with bilateral and implementing agencies, to make available, through the Secretariat’s website, the outcome of the demonstration projects implemented to date, as well as key lessons learned from relevant completed projects.
