Decision 75/8

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To take note of the desk study on the evaluation of the pilot demonstration projects on ODS disposal and destruction contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/75/10;
2. To invite the bilateral and implementing agencies to take into account, when appropriate, the findings and recommendations of the desk study on the evaluation of the pilot demonstration projects on ODS disposal and destruction; and
3. To request the Senior Management and Evaluation Officer, when including the field study on ODS disposal in a future draft monitoring and evaluation work programme, to reassess the projects that were included, to provide an update on the status of implementation or completion of the projects and to take into account the comments made by the Executive Committee on the desk study and the terms of reference.
