Monitoring and evaluation work programmes

The Executive Committee decided:

  1. To note the draft monitoring and evaluation work programme for the year 2016 contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/75/11/Rev.2;
  2. To approve the terms of reference for phase two of the evaluation of HCFC phase-out projects in the refrigeration and air-conditioning (RAC) manufacturing sector, contained in Annex I of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/75/11/Rev.2; and
  3. To approve the 2016 monitoring and evaluation work programme, budgeted at US $177,226, as follows:
