The Executive Committee decided to authorize the Secretariat to finalize the report of the Executive Committee to the Twenty-eighth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in the light of the discussions held and decisions taken at the 76th meeting, and to submit it to the Ozone Secretariat following clearance by the Chair.
