Decision 77/24

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the 2016 progress report on the implementation of the fifth tranche of stage I of the refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing sector plan and enabling programme of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for China, submitted by UNEP; and
2. To request the Treasurer to offset future transfers to UNEP, under stage II of the HPMP, by US $663, representing additional interest accrued by the Government of China up to 31 December 2015 from funds previously transferred for the implementation of the refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing sector plan and enabling programme for China, as per decision 69/24.
