The Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to include requests to change, add or remove a bilateral or implementing agency contained in HCFC phase-out management plan tranche requests in the list of projects submitted for blanket approval, as long as there were no other outstanding issues that required the Executive Committee’s consideration.
