The Executive Committee decided to urge UNEP, UNIDO and the Governments of Haiti, Sao Tome and Principe, and South Africa to submit their HCFC consumption verification reports as soon as possible, and UNEP and the Governments of Chile and Honduras to sign agreements for the implementation of their HCFC phase-out management plans as soon as possible, so that activities could be implemented without further delay.
