Decision 77/5

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the multi-year-agreement database report (decision 76/6(b)) contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/77/8;
2. To further note that the Secretariat would pursue discussions with the bilateral and implementing agencies on the inclusion, in the inventory of enterprises database, of relevant information relating to all the HCFC-based enterprises that had received funding from the Multilateral Fund; and
3. To request the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to report back to the Executive Committee at the 79^th meeting.
