Decision 79/25

The Executive Committee decided to request bilateral and implementing agencies together with Article 5 countries, when preparing requests for funding for plans for complete HCFC phase-out in the manufacturing sector, to include the necessary regulatory measures to ensure the sustainability of complete HCFC phase-out in that specific sector, such as policies banning the import and/or the use of HCFC.
