Decision 79/27

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval at the levels of funding indicated in Annex VIII to the present report, together with the conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents and the conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee; and noting that the following agreements had been updated:
   1. The Agreement between the Government of Afghanistan and the Executive Committee, as contained in Annex IX to the present report, to take into account the established HCFC baseline for compliance and the transfer of the component of the Government of Germany to UNIDO; and
   2. The Agreement* between the Government of Belize and the Executive Committee, as contained in Annex X to the present report, to take into account the established HCFC baseline for compliance; and
2. That, for projects related to renewal of institutional strengthening, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient governments contained in Annex XI to the present report.
