Decision 79/31

Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided to defer consideration of the request for preparation for HCFC phase-out investment activities (stage II) (refrigeration manufacturing sector) and the request for preparation of a HCFC phase-out management plan (stage II) for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea until it could be confirmed that such projects did not conflict with United Nations Security Council Resolution 2321 or any other resolutions that the Security Council might adopt on the matter.
