Decision 79/37

Following further discussion in an informal group, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the progress report on the implementation of the second tranche of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Togo;
2. To approve the third tranche of stage I of the HPMP for Togo, and the corresponding 2017‑2019 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $231,310, consisting of US $62,000, plus agency support costs of US $8,060 for UNEP, and US $150,000, plus agency support costs of US $11,250 for UNIDO, on the understanding:
   1. That Togo had consumption in the servicing sector only; and
   2. That the financial incentive scheme would enhance the sustainability of the training of servicing technicians, and that end-users would provide co-financing to participate in the scheme.
