Following the discussions of the contact group established under agenda item 11(c)(i), Development of the cost guidelines for the phase-down of HFCs in Article 5 countries: draft criteria for funding (decision 78/3), the Executive Committee decided to defer to the 80th meeting consideration of the project for the demonstration of the conversion of domestic refrigerator manufacturing facility from HFC-134a to isobutane as a refrigerant and conversion of compressor manufacturing facility from HFC-134a-based compressors to isobutane-based compressors at Walton Hitech Industries Limited (“Walton”) in Bangladesh.
