Decision 79/40

Following the discussions of the contact group established under agenda item 11(c)(i), Development of the cost guidelines for the phase-down of HFCs in Article 5 countries: draft criteria for funding (decision 78/3), the Executive Committee decided to defer to the 80th meeting consideration of the project for the conversion from HFC-134a to isobutane in the manufacture of domestic refrigerators at Mabe) in Colombia.
