The Executive Committee decided to postpone consideration of the submission of the preliminary data and request to carry out the technical audit of the HCFC production sector in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea until it could be confirmed that the project did not conflict with United Nations Security Council Resolution 2321 or any other resolutions the Security Council might adopt with respect to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
