The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the 2017 progress report on the implementation of the industrial and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning (ICR) sector plan of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan for China, submitted by UNDP; and
- To request the Treasurer to offset future transfers to UNDP by US $97,468, representing additional interest accrued by the Government of China up to 31 December 2016 from funds previously transferred for the implementation of the ICR sector plan, as per decision 69/24.
