The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the 2017 progress report on the implementation of stage I of the refrigeration servicing sector plan and the national enabling programme of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan for in China, submitted by UNEP; and
- To request the Treasurer to offset future transfers to UNEP by US $886, representing additional interest accrued by the Government of China up to 31 December 2016 from funds previously transferred for the implementation of the servicing sector plan and enabling activities, as per decision 69/24.
