The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the 2016 progress report on the implementation of stage I of the HCFC phase‑out management plan (HPMP) for India, submitted by UNDP; and
- To approve the extension of the duration of stage I of the HPMP to 31 December 2017, on the understanding that no further extension of project implementation would be requested and that the project completion report would be submitted to the 81st meeting.
