The Executive Committee decided to request bilateral and implementing agencies to submit projects with a cost exceeding US $5 million, excluding agency support costs and irrespective of the level of funding requested of the Multilateral Fund, no later than 12 weeks in advance of the Executive Committee meeting at which they were to be considered, in line with decision 20/7(a).
