The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval, as amended, at the levels of funding indicated in Annex XII to the present report, together with the conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents and the conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee; and
- That, for projects related to renewal of institutional strengthening, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient governments, as contained in Annex XIII to the present report.
