The Executive Committee decided:
- To note, with appreciation, the final report, submitted by UNDP, of the demonstration project to validate the use of hydrofluoro-olefins (HFOs) for discontinuous panels in Article 5 Parties through the development of cost-effective formulations, implemented in Colombia; and
- To invite bilateral and implementing agencies to take into account the technical results contained in the final report of the demonstration project mentioned in sub‑paragraph (a) above when assisting Article 5 countries in preparing projects with HFO-blown foam, noting that costs would vary depending on the technical capacity and market conditions of each country.
