Decision 81/29

The Executive Committee decided that funding requests for the second or subsequent tranches of stage II or for subsequent stages of the HCFC phase-out management plan submitted for consideration by the Committee would not be considered if there was an outstanding project completion report from the previously completed stage that had not been submitted to the Secretariat at least six weeks in advance of the meeting to which the tranche request was being submitted.
