Decision 81/4

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. The information on country programme data (CP) and prospects for compliance contained in documents UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/81/6 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/81/6/Corr.1;
   2. That 90 countries had submitted 2017 CP data, 84 of them using the web-based system;
   3. With concern that, as at 7 May 2018, Yemen had not submitted 2016 CP data;
2. To request:
   1. The Secretariat to send letters to the governments of countries with outstanding 2014, 2015 and 2016 CP data reports, urging them to submit their reports immediately;
   2. Relevant implementing agencies to continue assisting the respective governments in clarifying the discrepancies between the 2015 CP data and Article 7 data for Morocco and between the 2016 CP data and Article 7 data for the Syrian Arab Republic, and to report back to the 82^nd meeting; and
   3. The Secretariat to prepare a draft of a revised CP data report format, incorporating Annex F substances, for consideration by the Executive Committee at its 83^rd meeting, taking into account the revised forms for reporting data under Article 7 of the Montreal Protocol to be considered by the Thirtieth Meeting of the Parties.
