Subsequently, the Executive Committee decided:
- To note the progress report on implementation of the first tranche of the servicing sector plan and the enabling programme of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for China; and
- To approve the second tranche of the servicing sector plan and the enabling programme of stage II of the HPMP for China, and the corresponding 2018–2020 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $2,944,461, consisting of US $2,570,000, plus agency support costs of US $284,061 for UNEP, and US $80,000, plus agency support costs of US $10,400 for the Government of Japan.
