Decision 82/31

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the 2018 progress report on the implementation of stage I of the HCFC phase‑out management plan (HPMP) for Jordan, submitted by UNIDO, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/82/20;
2. To approve the request for extension of stage I of the HPMP for Jordan to 30 June 2019, on the understanding: that no further extension of the period of implementation of stage I would be requested; that the project completion report would be submitted by the 84^th meeting; and that the remaining balances would be returned to the Multilateral Fund at the 84^th meeting; and
3. To urge the World Bank to work with the Government of Jordan to revise the country programme data for the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017 in order to ensure that they were consistent with the data reported under Article 7 of the Montreal Protocol, and to submit revised country programme data reports to the Secretariat as soon as possible.
