The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the final progress report on the implementation of the work programme associated with the third and final tranche of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for India, submitted by UNDP, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/82/52; and
- To request the Government of India, UNDP, UNEP and the Government of Germany to report to the Secretariat the final disbursement to beneficiaries at 31 December 2018 and to return, at the 83rd meeting, any balances remaining from stage I of the HPMP as at the same date.
