Decision 82/40

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the 2017 progress report on the implementation of stage I of the HCFC phase‑out management plan (HPMP) for Thailand submitted by the World Bank, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/82/59; and
2. Further to note that the Government of Thailand and the World Bank would submit a project completion report for stage I of the HPMP at the first meeting in 2019 as stipulated in decision 80/72(b) and would return remaining balances to the Multilateral Fund by 31 December 2019.
