The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the 2018 progress report on implementation of the fifth tranche of the extruded polystyrene foam sector plan under stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for China, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/82/45; and
- To request UNIDO and the Government of Germany to return, at the 84th meeting, any remaining balances of funds approved under the extruded polystyrene foam sector plan under stage I of the HPMP for China.
