Decision 82/68

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the 2018 progress report on implementation of the industrial and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning (ICR) sector plan under stage I of the HCFC phase‑out management plan (HPMP) for China, submitted by UNDP, and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/82/45;
2. To approve the extension of the period of implementation of the ICR sector plan under stage I of the HPMP to 31 December 2019 on the understanding that no further extensions would be approved; and
3. To request the Government of China and UNDP to submit a project completion report at the first meeting of 2020 and to return all remaining balances to the Multilateral Fund upon financial completion.
