The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the final financial report for stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for India, submitted by UNDP, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/83/11; and
- Also to note that US $3,556, plus agency support costs of US $249, and US $79,849, plus agency support costs of US $5,589, associated with unspent balances from the second and third tranches of stage I of the HPMP, respectively, had already been returned by UNDP at the 83rd meeting.
