The Executive Committee decided:
- To note, with appreciation, the final report submitted by the World Bank on the demonstration project at two foam system houses in Thailand to formulate pre-blended polyols for spray polyurethane foam applications using a blowing agent with low global-warming potential, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/83/11; and
- To invite bilateral and implementing agencies to take into account the report referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above when assisting Article 5 countries in preparing spray foam projects that used HFO-based blowing agents.
