Decision 83/4

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the report of the Treasurer on the status of additional contributions to the Multilateral Fund and availability of resources contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/83/5;
2. To request the Treasurer, to submit to the 84^th meeting, as part of the 2018 accounts of the Multilateral Fund, a certified statement of income and disbursements of the additional contributions for fast-start support for the implementation of HFC phase‑down separately from the regular contributions to the Multilateral Fund; and
3. To consider at the 84^th meeting how to use any remaining balances, taking into consideration the consultations on the issue between the Chief Officer and the 17 donor countries that had paid additional contributions to the Multilateral Fund.
