Decision 83/52

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the progress report on the implementation of the third tranche of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Cambodia;
2. To approve the fourth tranche of stage I of the HPMP, and the corresponding 2019‑2022 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $274,250, consisting of US $100,000, plus agency support costs of US $13,000 for UNEP, and US $150,000, plus agency support costs of US $11,250 for UNDP, on the understanding:
   1. That Cambodia had consumption in the servicing sector only;
   2. That the end-user incentive programme would enhance the sustainability of the training of servicing technicians and that end-users would provide co‑financing to participate in the programme; and
   3. That information on the implementation of the end-user incentive programme would be included in the progress reports submitted when requesting future tranches of stage I of the HPMP.
