The Executive Committee decided to defer, to the 84th meeting, consideration of the revision of the Agreement for stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for China and the requests for the third tranches of the extruded polystyrene foam sector plan, the industrial and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning sector plan, the refrigeration servicing sector plan and enabling programme, and the solvent sector plan under stage II of the HPMP.
