The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the progress report on the implementation of the third tranche of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for South Africa; and
- To approve the fourth tranche of stage I of the HPMP, and the corresponding 2019‑2020 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $499,612, plus agency support costs of US $34,973 for UNIDO, on the understanding that information on implementation of the end-user demonstration programme would be included in the progress reports submitted when requesting future tranches of stage I of the HPMP.
